Ring-shaped UV LED curing systems

Ring-shaped UV LED lamps that cure all the way around cylindrical and round parts in a single exposure, without shadows.

A ring LED curing lamp arranges UV LEDs around a central aperture. A part placed in the ring is irradiated evenly from every side, so the adhesive or coating cures in one exposure without shadows.

Ring lamps replace set-ups that would otherwise rotate a cylindrical part under a spot head, or need several heads to reach all sides. They are water-cooled, switch on instantly and connect to automated lines through I/O, RS232 or RS485.
