UV Radiometer

UV radiometers

Handheld and inline meters that measure UV irradiance and dose, so you can set up, verify and document every curing process.

A UV radiometer measures the irradiance (mW/cm²) and dose (mJ/cm²) that actually reach the part. Every UV process, whether it uses LEDs or mercury lamps, needs a defined output to cure the adhesive, ink or coating fully. Regular measurements show when a lamp or LED head is losing output, long before parts fail.

The range covers flat puck-style meters that sit in the curing zone in place of a part, handheld meters with a separate probe for spot and area systems, and online meters with an RS485 interface that monitor a light source continuously on a production line. Use them to set up new processes, compare curing stations and document process stability for quality audits.
