The M3000 is a self-contained puck radiometer: sensor, electronics and display sit in one flat Ø 120 mm aluminium housing. Lay it in the curing zone in place of a part and read dose, irradiance and temperature together on the display after the exposure.
Like the M2000, it covers irradiance up to 10 W/cm² and is specified for 365, 405 or 450 nm sources. For 365 nm systems, the smaller Ø 90 mm M1000 is an alternative.
Use the M3000 to set up UV LED area, linear and oven processes, verify curing stations at regular intervals and document measured dose and temperature for quality records in adhesive bonding, coating and printing.
