UV LED Area
UV LED flood heads that cure a whole area at once, fan-cooled from 20 × 20 mm to 400 × 400 mm, plus water-cooled heads for high-intensity production lines.
A UV LED area curing system floods a defined field with ultraviolet light, so a whole part, a row of parts or a full tray cures in a single exposure. The LEDs switch on instantly, need no warm-up and emit no infrared, so heat-sensitive substrates stay cool.
Each system pairs a programmable controller with one or more irradiator heads. Choose the emitting area to match your part or conveyor width, and the wavelength (365, 385, 395 or 405 nm) to match your adhesive, coating or ink.
Fan-cooled heads cover emitting areas from a compact 20 × 20 mm up to 400 × 400 mm, with peak irradiance up to 10 W/cm² on the narrow 20 × 400 mm head. Water-cooled heads deliver 6 to 25 W/cm² and use an independent chiller for precise temperature control, for production lines that run long cycles or work in hot, humid or dusty conditions.
