A 20 × 600 mm line at 6 to 25 W/cm² spans wide conveyors and webs, for high-intensity in-line curing across the full width.
An independent water chiller circulates coolant through the AW20600H1 head, holding it at a controlled temperature, usually around 25 to 35 °C. This makes water cooling the better choice where the process needs tight temperature control and consistent output over long production runs.
Each system pairs the irradiator head with a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes, and one controller can drive several heads.
Typical uses include coating, bonding and adhesion processes from batteries and display bonding to industrial coatings, printing and ink drying, especially in clean rooms and hot, humid or dusty production areas.
