UV Conveyor
Benchtop and floor-standing conveyors that carry parts through a shielded UV tunnel for continuous, repeatable curing.
A UV conveyor curing system carries parts on a PTFE mesh belt through a shielded tunnel fitted with a UV lamp. Belt speed, lamp power and lamp height set the dose, so every part receives the same exposure, and a photoelectric sensor switches the LEDs on only when a part arrives.
Benchtop conveyors with belts from 150 to 400 mm suit laboratories, process development and small series. Floor-standing conveyors with belts up to 500 mm wide and LED heads up to 6 W/cm² integrate into semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines. Most systems use UV LED heads at 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm; a mercury lamp conveyor is available for broadband curing.
