A UV conveyor on the bench lets you develop varnishes, inks and adhesives under the same conditions as in production, and run small series without a full production line. Parts travel on a PTFE mesh belt through a fully shielded tunnel, where a UV LED head cures them at a set belt speed and lamp height.
Three models cover different part sizes: the ZM1000340 and ZM1200340 carry parts up to 340 mm wide under a 100 × 300 mm light output area, while the ZW1200150 has a narrower 150 mm belt with a taller inlet of up to 210 mm. Integrated safety shut-offs stop the belt and lamp, and belt suction keeps small components in place.
