This benchtop conveyor carries parts on a 350 mm PTFE belt under a UV LED head whose 350 × 100 mm curing area covers the full belt width, so parts anywhere across the belt pass under the light. Forced air cooling removes heat from the LED head, and the conveyor pairs with a range of Awellcure UV LED systems.
External signal input and triggering make it easy to integrate into semi-automatic or automatic production. The touch screen shows belt speed and internal temperature and raises an alarm, and both the lamp height and the photoelectric sensor height adjust to suit the parts.
Curing UV adhesives, inks, varnishes and coatings in optical communication, photovoltaics, medical devices, consumer electronics and PCB assembly, on optical parts and displays, and in materials laboratories.
