UV LED Linear
Line-shaped UV LED light sources, from 10 mm to 1,350 mm long, for curing bond lines and for curing across a moving web or conveyor.
A UV LED linear light source produces a narrow, uniform band of ultraviolet light. Compact heads cure short bond lines and seals in assembly fixtures; long bars mounted across a conveyor or web cure coatings, inks and adhesives as the material passes underneath.
Emitting areas range from 10 × 3 mm to 1,350 × 10 mm, at 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm. Each head is driven by a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes, and one controller can drive several heads.
