The AFL-15x5 delivers up to 5,000 mW/cm² on a 15 × 5 mm line from a compact head that mounts close to the part. It suits short bond lines, edge seals and small encapsulations where a spot is too narrow and an area head too large.
Each system pairs the AFL-15x5 irradiator head with a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes, and one controller can drive several heads. The LEDs switch on instantly and emit no infrared, so the head cures exactly when the material is in place and leaves heat-sensitive substrates unaffected.
UV LED linear systems bond and seal in microelectronics, optics and optical fibre communication, assemble medical devices, cure industrial adhesives and coatings, dry inks on packaging and labels, and cure varnishes on flooring and furniture.
