Multi-channel UV LED controllers and compact spot heads for precise, high-intensity curing of adhesives on small parts.
A UV LED spot curing system pairs one controller with up to twelve compact LED heads. Each head focuses ultraviolet light through an aspherical lens onto a spot from 2 to 15 mm across, so adhesives cure in seconds exactly where they are dispensed.
Spot systems are the standard choice for bonding lenses, camera modules, connectors, needles and catheters. Heads can be switched individually or together, triggered from a PLC, and emit no infrared, so heat-sensitive parts stay cool. Choose a four-channel controller with keypad or touch-screen operation, or an eight-channel controller for larger cells.
