The entry point to the spot curing range: a compact controller with four independent curing points. Each LED head focuses its output through an aspherical lens onto a spot as small as 2 mm, curing adhesives in seconds exactly where they are dispensed, while the rest of the part stays cool.
Set intensity, exposure time and mode for each channel from the keypad, or let a PLC, PC or MCU take over through the I/O terminals and RS232 port. Temperature sensors in each head keep the output stable, and the controller logs operating hours so you can plan head replacements before they affect your process.
Spot curing is the standard process for bonding lenses and camera modules, fixing connectors and coils in electronics assembly, and bonding needles and catheters in medical device manufacturing. It is also used in stereolithography, decorating and graphic arts.
