UV Curing Oven
Enclosed UV LED chambers for shielded batch curing of parts, samples and small series, plus UV tape curing systems for wafers.
A UV curing oven is an enclosed chamber with a UV LED irradiator head above the work area. Load parts, close the door or drawer and the batch cures while the operator is shielded from UV light. A door or drawer interlock reacts when the chamber is opened during exposure, and the controller sets exposure time and irradiance.
Ovens come with opening sizes from 180 × 180 mm to 300 × 300 mm and a choice of 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm, for laboratories, sample preparation and small production batches. For semiconductor back-end processes, the wafer UV tape curing systems irradiate 8-inch or 12-inch wafer frames from below to release dicing and grinding tape.
