The AO300300 combines a 250 × 250 mm UV LED head with a 300 × 300 × 300 mm chamber that opens fully at the front, so trays and larger parts load easily. Close the door, set the exposure time and the whole batch cures with the operator shielded. Opening the door during exposure switches the LEDs off and raises an alarm.
The controller sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes, and accepts start signals from a foot pedal, RS232 or a PLC. Because the LEDs switch on instantly and emit no infrared, curing starts without warm-up and heat-sensitive parts stay cool.
