The AFL-900x10 delivers 2,700 mW/cm² along a 900 × 10 mm line. It spans wide conveyors and webs, curing varnishes, coatings and inks on panels, boards, flooring and furniture parts in a single pass.
Each system pairs the AFL-900x10 irradiator head with a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes, and one controller can drive several heads. The LEDs switch on instantly and emit no infrared, so the head cures exactly when the material is in place and leaves heat-sensitive substrates unaffected.
UV LED linear systems bond and seal in microelectronics, optics and optical fibre communication, assemble medical devices, cure industrial adhesives and coatings, dry inks on packaging and labels, and cure varnishes on flooring and furniture.
