The wide floor-standing conveyors move inks, coatings and adhesives under a UV LED array on belts up to 500 mm wide. The light output area is 200 mm deep in the direction of travel and up to 500 mm across, so wide parts, panels and printed sheets pass under the light at belt speeds from 0.5 to 5 m/min.
Three models cover different line lengths and widths: the LD1200300 with a 1,200 × 350 mm belt, and the LD1500500 and LD2000-500 with 500 mm belts 1,500 or 2,000 mm long. All three take parts up to 210 mm high and switch the LEDs on by photoelectric sensor as parts arrive.
