A 20 × 400 mm line at up to 10 W/cm² is the most intense air-cooled head in the range, for fast curing of parts and webs moving under the head.
Its long, narrow field spans a conveyor or a long part, so the cure happens in one pass rather than in several stationary exposures.
Each system pairs the AF20400H2 irradiator head with a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes. Because the LEDs switch on instantly and emit no infrared, the head cures exactly when the part is in place and leaves heat-sensitive substrates unaffected.
Long, narrow fields suit edge bonding, sealing seams and curing parts as they pass under the head, in electronics and optics assembly, industrial adhesives and coatings, and ink drying on packaging and labels.
