The low, fan-cooled housing fits above a work table or conveyor, and the controller sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes.
Each system pairs the AF350350H1 irradiator head with a controller that sets irradiance, exposure time and step programmes. Because the LEDs switch on instantly and emit no infrared, the head cures exactly when the part is in place and leaves heat-sensitive substrates unaffected.
Large fields suit coating and varnish curing on panels and sheets, including flooring and furniture finishes, ink drying on packaging and labels, and batch curing of trays of electronic or medical parts.
