Applications

Overview

The M1000 is a compact puck radiometer for checking UV LED curing systems. Switch it on, check that the display reads zero, then place it in the curing zone in place of a part: it records the dose in mJ/cm² together with peak and instantaneous irradiance. The flat aluminium housing tolerates short exposures up to 110 °C.

Because it is calibrated at 365 nm and measures in the UVA band, the M1000 suits 365 nm UV LED systems. For 395, 405 or 450 nm sources, choose the M2000 or M3000.

Typical applications

Use the M1000 to set up new UV LED processes, check curing stations at regular intervals and record measured dose as evidence of process stability, wherever adhesives, coatings and inks are cured.

Key features

  • Records peak irradiance, instantaneous irradiance and accumulated dose
  • Calibrated at 365 nm for UV LED sources
  • Flat 90 × 13 mm puck sits in the curing zone in place of a part
  • Withstands up to 110 °C for 10 seconds of continuous exposure
  • Powered by a lithium battery, with no cables to the meter
  • Switches off automatically after 60 seconds without a signal
